It should be possible to compile all using OpenH323/PWLib
packages from www.voxgratia.org. You don't need to install
them on the system. Just download OpenH323/PWLib/GnuGk
to a single directory, unpack and compile all. GnuGk should be
compiled with 'make optnoshared', so OpenH323/PWLib is
statically linked and does not need to be present in the system
library path.
