Im trying to deploy GNUGK for in bound call centre utilisation,below is the
secnario.
WAN IP : 192.168.1.1 ports forwarded 7000,1718,1719,1720,1721.
GK LAN IP : 10.50.5.150
LAN IP address of softphones used by call centre agents is :10.50.5.1
Inbound calls will be routed from this ip : 172.36.35.33
my configuration i did is as follws :

I would like to know wht are changes do i need to make for making our call
centre agents to receive calls.
With set up i tested PACPHONE registered when i add under "Gatekeeper::Auth"
Authrule = Setup Unreg.Where do i and how do i registed this softphones in
above config.
I want agents to log in with individual names and calls shd reach them thru
ACD.
Do I need to install ACD for this ? I had already installed and added names
there.
with current config if calls routed from 172.36.35.33 reach to the agents.
Please help me out some one,im most thankfull im sufferrinf with this prob
from last 15 days.
