Simon, I think the product is quite interesting. One item you might want to look into is a license management server. I work for a service provider and this type of software would be ideal for the desktop, but we need a way to control the licensing. If there was a way to centrally manage our pool of licenses this would make the software much more attractive to many organizations.
Suffice to say any "centrally managed" client features you could come up with we would be interested in. In a perfect world the client would put in a username, password and management server address and all settings are automatically set on the client.
