Hello,
I have 1 device registered as 1001, support. And 1002, 1003 as customer. All
are configured according to ACD. But when 1001 connected with 1002, and 1003
makes call to 1001, the call gets rejected, how can i keep that call live?
IVR or no IVR silence as soon as 1001 gets free connect 1001 gets ring?
