The basic configuration with NAT Support should suffice.

Make sure you have H.460.18/.19 support compiled in.
./configure --enable-h46018

In the INI
[Gatekeeper::Main]
TimeToLive=600

 [RoutedMode]
EnableH46018=1

[Proxy]
Enable=1

[GkStatus::Auth]
Rule=allow

traversal.
