Thanks jan H323 signaling is works in this scenario, but not getting media
on any sides.

I have configured gnugk in *Case III* (Proxy) mode as described in the
link: http://www.gnugk.org/gnugk-manual-5.html#proxy
and below is the details:

just turn on H.460.18 in GnuGka and this scenario should work.
