Hello Simone, at our College we use Polycom RealPresence Desktop (made for both mac and pc) and it works well with some good features. It also works well from my experience with gnugk. It does however carry a licensing fee per client. I also know Cisco has a compatible client that is called “jabber” or something with that name in it. I have never used that client.
