I stumbled across the Cluetrain Manifesto tonight
(http://www.cluetrain.com/) and so your OSHCA thoughts seem very timely.
Then again, I found the Gluetrain Manifesto very appealing
(http://www.gluetrain.com/) but on reflection I think it is saying the same
thing.

In any event, I agree that OSHCA is more process than form.
