In response to some of the current discussion, I have just made some clarifications to the archetypes paper, and added a new section on GEHR. If you just obtained draft B, you can just print and replace the sections starting from "Development Methodology" on. I will also add some new sections on interoperability soon, principally addressing the question of what system developers (includig legacy system maintainers) have to sign up to in order to be interoperable at various levels.
