  I agree with Tim. In fact, I would go a step further and suggest that the narrowness 
of each software category must be dynamic and modifiable over time (just as in any 
knowledge representation scheme).
(This is the approach taken with the OIO Library).

In my view, SPIRIT is a timely and promising opportunity to move open source 
healthcare projects into wider dissemination, especially in Europe. I am sure many of 
us would like to help make it into a success and thus benefiting our cause and 
respective projects. The Minoru group has done some excellent work in the past 
including this openhealth-list. Although we would be able to coordinate our efforts 
and contribute more to SPIRIT if we know more about it, I am sure Joseph et al will 
tell us more when they can.
