Thank you for your well-thought out posting. I wish that I could add
something to the discussion here, but about the only comment that I can make
is that I wish you much success. I think that if there is a consultant that
has a closed-source system that is not raping his customer, there may be
hope for our industry after all.
My comments concerning Vista Lab was only to encourage additional comments.
Our lab system is functioning, if not well, then at least orders of
magnitude better then our document-imaging system. If I had the power, then
I was starting phasing in Vista modules as I could, but it would take years
to switch all affected systems over to Vista and that it assuming that the
modules have similar functionally to current systems.
