Most MD's are concerned only with getting through the next day/week/patient instead of 
stopping and thinking about the tools necessary to do the job reasonably. People 
exclaim with admiration the physician who is still rounding at 9:00pm. My thought is 
boy they are doing something wrong. And not just wrong to themselves, to their 
patients and their families.
