Hi Joseph,
I was likewise puzzled.
Medinfo2001 should have been a signficant meeting - but for some reason
that was not my perception.
The list of participants officially is about 1000 - which is not too
small. There were 6-12 parallel tracks - I observed at most 20-30
participants for most tracks that I attended. So, it felt more like a
300-400 people meeting (in size).
