I have been trying to retrieve posting from the openhealth list archive for the period Nov 1999 back to its start to help build a factual annotated history of OSHCA.....unfortunately I have not been able to retreive postings during this period using the archive. Fortunately I keep all the email that I send and receive so I will be able to find the postings in my own "archive".
