The OIO project library is a similar repository of links. It
contains many links already and has been edited by (mainly
two) volunteer editors (that is, Andrew and me) for quite a
while now. It offers a download of the entire link database or
parts thereof as XML.

There are ways of letting the content appear on your site
other than pulling down the XML file but those I do not fully
understand and therefor cannot comment much on. For that one
would have to contact Andrew Ho at
