Horst,

I'm seriously considering using wxPython to develop a front end to an
open source exploratory data analysis system I am working on (which
itself is written in Python, alpha release in a few months). My only
hesitation is the relative dificulty of installing wxPython and all its
prerequisites, especially on Linux/Unix. The relatively poor
documentation I can cope with, but endless support questions from
would-be users who can't manage to install of the components would send
me around the twist. Have you had any problems with this so far with
GnuMed? Any other reservations about wxPython?

BTW, despite the criticism by you-know-[w]ho, GNotary is a brilliant bit
of work.

Cheers,

Tim C
