In my honest opinion it is extremely valuable to have a (general) Medicine-HowTo under the Linux-Doc project. It'll make people surfing around go "Ah !! Open Source in Medicine ! Never thought that'd happen... Let's go have a look !" It will serve as an attractor, a starting point.
Now, usually How-To's really are what their name implies. They tell one how one does achieve certain ends. I am not really sure how that fits with a "Medicine-HowTo". Nevertheless it exists. Therefor I reason it should give some general introduction and point people in the right directions. It would be another index.html for "our" stuff. Or rather a index-meta.html.
