It is (well was) on the vista site (http://www.va.gov/vista/). Just had a look for it myself to sent the exact url, but can't see it. I thought it was under software/packages/CPRS. I can send you my copies if need be.

Have you got RPC Broker running?

You'll also need to have got all the staff, teams, bed management, and patien administration running (at the very least) before you can do anything with CPRS. (You can run CPRS from the terminal too)
