Hi Adrian, I agree. However, it is reasonable to let the participants know how many talks/sessions they will be doing. I see 2 OIO session on the detailed agenda (day 1 1445-1530, day 2 1145-1230), both are parallel sessions in the breakout room. Both labeled with the same session title. Both do not include the abstract that was previous on the detailed agenda! When I originally proposed to do 3 sessions - Joseph told me that we only had time to allow one session per project. That is regrettable but I can understand/accept his explanation. Now that it appears we have more time, I am happy to see that more session per project have been scheduled. Hopefully we can iron this out relatively quickly - changing the schedule at last minute is often unavoidable, I know, but we need to do what we can to appear organized and competent :-).
