Yes indeed...if it is still on Pair.com where the list first started. Pair provides Mailman 2.0 at no charge for "Advanced accounts or higher". Unfortunately I have never seen the web interface page and don't know where to look for it. Perhaps its visibility is controlled from within the Pair admin interface?
