1. Create a document at docs.google.com and share it with other authors 
and publish it to the world.

2. Post to the Files area at http://yahoogroups.com/group/openhealth

3. Create a database at http://yahoogroups.com/group/openhealth

Incidentally, to those who receive the group in digest form, and reply 
to specific messages, please edit the subject so that it shows the
