I do not think that the project published 2.9.2 on the SourceForge web
site.

Each release is tagged, so you can use svn to retrieve a specific
version from the source code repository.

The project does not provide maintenance service for any release.  There
is no type of guarantee.  Please see the paragraph from the OpenHPI
source code license, which is reproduced below.

The project is interested in defect reports for recent versions, and
will attempt to fix those defects if they can be reproduced in current
code.  Of course, if you can provide a source code bug fix for a defect,
then it is easier to get the defect fixed.  In general, the project is
only interested in doing this for the current release, or top of source
tree.

Please note that if you are using an old version such as 2.9.2, it will
be very hard for you to get any sort of help from project members.
