While it is better than not specifying how this would work,
unfortunately, as you are no doubt aware, informational RFCs don't carry
the same weight as standards track RFCs :-( Why wouldn't this be made
standards track ?
It could be if there is support; not clear if this would require a charter change as this now goes to how IP over IB interacts with the SA which is currently not specified.
