Right, that's why I said "including remapping any doorbell pages."

Sure, that's easy, because the network layer just throws packets away
when a device disappears.  We already have that working for IPoIB: you
can remove the mthca module and any applications running on top of
IPoIB just see their traffic stop.  This should also work if you PCI
hot-unplug an HCA, although I've never had the hardware to test.
