Note that if you depend on this in libehca, then you won't work with
old releases of libibverbs (which are in Fedora Extras and Debian for
example).  So you may want to test for the functions in your
configure.in and include a local copy if you don't find them in libibverbs.

Since this is just adding new functions, so it doesn't affect binary
or source compatibility, it will be in the next libibverbs 1.0.3 release.
