As described at http://openid.net/2018/06/08/public-review-period-for-openid-connect-federation-specification-started/, we have started the 45-day public review period that precedes the Implementer's Draft vote for the OpenID Connect Federation specification<http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-federation-1_0-04.html>. This version is already being used for interop testing among prototype implementations, so it will be good to get the IPR commitments locked in. Thanks to Roland for getting us to this point! -- Mike
