Hi,

firstly, open a Case at Oracle.

Secondly check the Oracle Document Page for Hardware Isssues regarding T4-1
if possible, login as eis installer or root.

Reset the SP, if thats not succesful, run the SP in Service mode, Oracle/SUN will provide a Password to get Access to the Service Mode. Cleanup the Warnings reset the SP again. If thats not the solution, check for an Update for the LOM,
flash the SP and clean this up again.
