Good to hear we're getting closer to the root cause. :-) Can you mayberecheck your ISO image? I have a oi-dev-151a8-text-x86.iso downloaded yesterday and unpacked a minute ago and it contains a .volsetid file. Would be surprised if it was missing in the UI version of the ISO.
