The Lenovo TS140 has gone up in price at Amazon, the barebones version is now $350, but today only you can get it for $250 after rebate ($50) at Newegg. That's within a few dollars of it's lowest price ever. This a great price if you don't need IPMI (remote management) or VT-d support for virtualization. (Though the latter can be added via a CPU upgrade.)
