I also wasn't in a group 'vboxuser' since VBox worked right without it
and I wasn't using USB devoice recently.
After I added myself to it and re-login, I can see output under
VBoxManage list usbhost.
'vboxuser' is not under 'user Profiles', but is under 'Groups' in
users-admin
(starting with pfexec users-admin if member of 'root' group)
and one needs to select "Show all users and groups" to see vboxadmin
group, then select user(s) to add.
