You can answer your question quite easily. The successors of your HP workstation are Z800 -> Z820 -> Z840 -> Z8 So, you'll just have to look what processors are being offered for either Z820 or Z840. Z820 come either with E5-2600 or E5-2600v2; Z840 either with E5-2600v2 or E5-2600v3.
