Ah, that is more informative yes!
So what happened, IPS is bailing because of file corruption. But I cant
tell if it is because of the file downloaded in the cache or because of
the file installed on the System.
To clean the cache file run a find for the hashes in /var/pkg and delete
the offending files there to force a redownload.
In case of on Disk corruption use pkg verify to check or pkg fix to
verify and fix your system state.
Also have a look into zpool status if there are any errors.
A pkg update should also help fix a broken system state.

I copied the path from Apostolos mail. That is an odd path indeed!
Considering it's in the libreoffice package, is it a typo in the mail
from Apostolos?
