[Openipmi-developer] Problem with insmod ipmi_si.ko

Hi All,

I am getting errors in Linux 2.6.9-1 when I try to modprobe ipmi_si. The error is shown below.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ipmi]# modprobe ipmi_si

FATAL: Error inserting ipmi_si (/lib/modules/2.6.9-1.667smp/kernel/drivers/char/ipmi/ipmi_si.ko): No such device

I am using an ATCA blade that has an IPMC. In case you need any more details do let me know.

I also found a few questions in the mailing list about the same problem but could not find the solution for the same.

Any help in this regard would be very helpful.
