I'm not sure if this particular HP box supports IPMI.  IIRC, some boxes 
with iLO do, and some don't.  On some you have to buy an extra card to 
get LAN access.

Configuring an IPMI LAN interface is quite complicated.  There is a 
"CONFIGURING_FOR_LAN" document that comes with the OpenIPMI library 
(recent 2.0 versions) that can be useful.  There are a large number of 
things that have to be set properly.
