I have a question regarding an older revision of the serial IPMI driver and
the latest one.

I see that the driver had some sort of behavior to handle a Pigeon Point
IPMC firmware upgrade i.e.:
...
#define IPMI_PP_FW_UPGRADE_START 0x1
#define IPMI_PP_FW_UPGRADE_DONE 0x4
...
I don't see any trace of these #defines anymore in the latest driver, is it
still supported but just in a different way? Or did it get removed?
