Hi, after couple restarts, the js -> applet communication started to work. :)
If you go to this page: http://developer.apple.com/internet/safari/samples/ColorBlockApplet.html then clicking the buttons change the applet color. The reverse communication doesn't work, e.g. clicking on the applet does nothing. So just the link needs to be fixed.
