while the Breaks against eclipse-platform (<< 3.8.1-11) that was added in 11.0.3+7-3 fixed most upgrade paths, a few ones are remaining that need an additional Breaks: eclipse-rcp (<< 3.8.1-11). Please add this and let it migrate to buster with the next stable update of openjdk-11.
