Hi! Our buildds for sparc64 have many cores which can result in the OpenJDK testsuite killing the kernel. The problem affects POWER as well, but only under certain conditions (in our case a big-endian VM running on a little-endian host [1]), but we can avoid the issue by restricting the openjdk-NN builds on certain buildds. However, for sparc64, we don't have that possibility, hence the testsuite for all openjdk-NN packages should be disabled until the kernel bug has been fixed.
