The keyboard is definitely not working with my app, even with a simple
TextField. It does work with Ensemble8 and the same jre. My app works fine in
Mac OS X. Sounds tricky...

are just not received, or they get lost somewhere?
Are you getting anything on the console ? Because monocle uses udev, you need
to run as root or change some permissions stuff around.
