Probably not. Most software that handles unicode does not do code point
normalisation. Hence my emphasis on what app created the file name in the
first place.
Point taken, but in the end I'm using iTunes, while other people could use
everything else. If it's up to the original app, this means that any user
using any app can generate any encoding/normalisation. So, if I
understand, there are no assumptions I can do.
