For Monarch Envelope 3.87 -> 3.875, IPP defines it as 3.87" https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2911.txt 'monarch-envelope': Specifies the Monarch envelope size (3.87 x 7.5 in) and that's where we sourced the size. So it looks like a typo in that RFC .. since 3 7/8" seems to be what most everything else defines it as.
