Tested on:

- Debian 12 / KDE (sunpinyin and pt_br)
- Ubuntu 24.04 / GNOME with fcitx (pinyin, mozc, pt_br) and ibus (pinyin, pt_br)
- Linux Mint (pt_br no IME)

all good.
