On Mac there was overlap between the standard and platform backdrop styles 
(WINDOW was the same as macOS.Window, PARTIAL was the same as macOS.Sidebar). 
On Windows there was no overlap. I removed the overlap on macOS so the two 
platforms match. I also added macOS.HUD largely because the visual effect is 
similar to Windows.Transient.

I'm not sure what criteria to use to determine which platform backdrop styles 
to include. On Windows I added Windows.Transient for completeness. macOS 
provides a different material for every type of window you might want to create 
but many of them seem to map to the same visual effect. It's not clear to me 
that any of these are worth adding at this point. Eventually I would like to 
support macOS.ClearGlass so it's worth keeping the platform backdrop style API 
around even if we decide to drop the ones in this PR.

I want to proceed with the CSR but am having difficulty creating the 
specification diff files. Perhaps I'm overlooking something obvious or my 
Google-Fu is weak today but I can't find clear instructions on how to create 
API diffs. Any pointers would be appreciated.
