Updating libxml2 to v2.15.4
There are a few additional changes.
- win legacy build system was removed in libxml v2.15.0, It is now removed from
JavaFX source as well.
- modules/javafx.web/src/main/native/Source/ThirdParty/libxml/src/win32
- Two unused files are removed:
1.
modules/javafx.web/src/main/native/Source/ThirdParty/libxml/mac/include/xmlversion.h
2.
modules/javafx.web/src/main/native/Source/ThirdParty/libxml/src/include/wsockcompat.h
- UPDATING.txt is updated. With the updated configure commands, it requires
less changes in generated xmlversion.h file.
Verified the build and all test run on all platforms.
