growOrShrinkRowHeights and growOrShrinkColumnWidths need the other dimension to compute the min-limits correctly. Adding them leads to some follow-up changes in adjustColumnWidths and adjustRowHeights.
The fix is covered by two tests that fail before and pass after the change.
