I can successfully use the library loader (lib/OpenLayers.js file) with
Chrome. Perhaps you mean something entirely different.

I tried to load OL library but I am getting this error only on Google

Here is ther error log
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'ondragstart' of null
This error is due to dynamic loading that is confirmed. So I only wanted
to know who to dynamically load OL?
