Dear Denis and Users, I was able to solve the above issue. There was a first statement in my HTML file "<!DOCTYPE html>".. once I removed this, my points are shown on the first load.
I really don't understand what is the co-relation with my vector layer but, my issue is solved with removing this statement from my HTML file. @Denis : Thanks for your response.
