Hi all,
when you start an application with parameters generated by permalink
the permalink control loads all default baselayer even if they are not visible.
See the map control example on
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/controls.html?zoom=5&lat=13.27148&lon=15.07324&layers=0BF
If you look with firebug you can see that the OpenLayers WMS tiles are loaded
even though visibility=false
Any ideas
