Hi all, So I'm showing the boundaries of Italian regions using openlayers, I get the coords from a shapefile which has a lot of points, for instance some regions can have a multipolygon with in total : 53000 Points.
This is how I've implemented it: http://pastebin.com/r47TkmL8 This is really slow on firefox / IE . Only chrome works well. What's the best way to get it working faster and smoothly ? Of course one answer is to reduce the points but I'd like to know if it is normal such slowness in my case or I did something wrong coding. And would be nice for me to use the whole set of points.
