You can use SLD_BODY on the client side to specify any style you like
for a WMS.
However, it looks to me you want points with attribute value say 0-10 to
have one style and points with say values 11-15 etc to have another.
This is easily handled with rules a single SLD style. Dig out the SLD
cookbook and look over rules.
